Model 40 S, 80 S, 120 S.

AVVOLGIPACK 40 S is the smallest model from the whole set of devices; its ergonomic and practical construction allows you to reduce costs thanks to decreasing the consumption of energy and exploitation materials.

Packaging process is performed manually by introducing a product on a roll feeder and starting the cycle of wrapping with the use of a foot button. You can adjust the speed and time of wrapping foil around a product. The wrapping cycle is finished with cuting off foil.

In order to meet the requirements and expectations of the producers who need to pack products with larger dimensions (both height and width), machines AVVOLGIPACK 80 S, 120 S and 150 S have been produced which have the same functional and economical characteristics as 40 S.

AVVOLGIPACK 40 A, 80 A, 120 A machines are an automated version of models marked with S symbol, which makes quicker production at minimum costs possible.

Packaging process is still manual but roll feeders have been substituted with two transport straps and monitoring of the initiation and end of wrapping cycle have been subjected to photocell. In order to optimise the process of automatic functioning, machines have been equipped with edge footing and pneumatic clamps have been constructed and mounted in such a way as to adjust to the size of the packed product.

All automatic and semi-automatic machines are equipped with electronic control. Upon request, A (80, 120) models may have a sealing system installed with the function of foil cutting.
