Semi automatic packing machine P1

Semi-automatic packing machine P-1 is a widely used device which makes it possible to pack on a large industrial scale bottles, metal articles, household chemicals, cemetary candles, cosmetics etc.

The operator of the machine has to place packed products manually in the shoulder of the packing machine, to push them through the foil screen to the base panel, retreating a raking arm and switching START buttons with both hands, which will start a pneumatic clamp and foil sealing. Putting packed objects again in the raking arm will result in repeating the whole packing cycle and pushing the previous package to the transporting band in the tunnel or to another device connected with the reception panel of the packing machine. The machine is equipped with a microprocessor steering system and work control, a counter of collective packaging, a constant-temperature sealer, weld cooling, signalling of errors and breakdowns, system of automatic unfolding of foil from an upper roll and working panels made of stainless steel.
