Automatic wrapper GLS

Application:

– for pallet loads protection by shrink hoods,
– individually configurated;

GLS options:

• shrinking height up to 2400 mm,
• turntable diameter up to 2000 mm,
• max. pallet weight up to 2000 kg,
• natural, low pressure gas burner;

GLS shrinking:

• after infeeding of pallet which is covered by shrink hood, packaging proceeds automatically,
• load on the machine presence signal,
• pallet positioning,
• automatic load height detection,
• possibility of hood turning up,
• flame control system,
• automatic burners safety turning off system when gas pressure is lower than 0,09 MPa,
• manual adjustment of distance from burners to load,
• safety light barriers with muting system;

Shrinking parameters:

• shrinking mode choice: from the bottom or from the top,
• number of bottom and top rotates adjustment,
• adjustable turntable rotational speed when burners are in bottom, middle and upper position,
• burners turn on time adjustment before turntable starting,
• turn on and operation ventilator time,
• load lifting up and going down time,
• burners operating over load in adjustable range of (0 ÷ 350 mm),
• additional manual mode: burners ignition, carriage move from the top and from the bottom, pallet ride without shrinking, lifting up and lowering of lifter;
